Irish Help at Home offers a referral service to those client's who wish to hire their own caregiver's.
We will provide pre-screened candidates for interview at your location, and upon choosing your caregiver, you will assume all employer - employee resonsibiities.
Irish Help at Home will stay involved in the placement and provide 24/7 support to our client's.
Irish Help at Home charges a Placement Fee for this service, which provides insurance and bonding for the client during the entire placement.
Our Referral Agency caregiver's fall into the following categories:
Companion, Personal Aide and Attendant.
