Una, a native of Dublin, emigrated to America 30 years ago and is co-owner along with Sash Nagle, a Kerry native who has been in America for the past 26 years. They had a vision of creating a high quality service which provided excellent home care for our clients in their community and a great work experience for their caregivers. Both Una and Sash worked as caregivers for many years and it is from this experience they understand the complexities of this field.

Pauline Carey
Case Manager/ Supervisor

Pauline Carey from Dublin City is our Case Manager and Supervisor. Pauline visits clients in their homes to provide quality control checks and to supervise our staff while on duty. Pauline provides complimentary home assessments with potential clients to ensure our contracts and levels of care are understood, prior to making a commitment to Irish Help At Home. A preliminary plan of care is also developed at this meeting if a commitment to Home Care is made.
